		Custom Blow Molding We are an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer experienced in the design, engineering, and production of intricate plastic products. Our specialty lies in molding custom blow molded plastic products for a variety of industries, including the automotive, medical, and consumer markets. Small or large parts, from low volume to high volume production quantities are not a problem for us. Custom plastic products are made from a range of plastics, such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), and most engineering grade resins.




		Full Product Assembly and Packaging As a full service blow molder, we provide a broad range of product assembly services to our clients. We can source components, add decals and instructions sheets, plus assemble products per our customer’s requirements.




		Engineering & Design Services To assist you in the production of blow molded plastic products, we offer design and engineering services. Our experienced engineering staff can assist you with the design and development of all of your blow molded products.




		Secondary Operations We offer a broad range of secondary operations such as urethane foam filling, drilling, routing, punching, heat staking, riveting, as well as assembly and full product pack out. Whatever the secondary operation required, we can develop the appropriate manufacturing operations necessary to finish your blow molded product.
